December is a gift discovery platform that helps you find gift ideas and connect with third-party retailers. We do not sell products directly. When you click a gift link, you are taken to a third-party retailer who is responsible for the sale, delivery, and any returns.
December earns a commission when you purchase through our affiliate links. This does not affect the price you pay. Our gift recommendations are based on editorial judgement, not on commission rates.
December gift cards are a digital product. Once sent, they cannot be refunded. The recipient can use the gift card value to discover gifts on December. December gift cards have no expiry date.
You agree to use December only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the gift card feature, attempt to defraud December or any third party, or use automated tools to access the service.
All content on December — including the brand, design, copy, and curation — is owned by One Web Company s.r.o. You may not reproduce or use it without permission.
December provides gift ideas in good faith but makes no guarantees about the availability, quality, or accuracy of third-party products. We are not liable for any issues arising from purchases made through affiliate links.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Czech courts.
